The surroundings
Llucmajor has a lot to offer! Super centrally located! Close to Palma and the village:
- Airport, Palma and the sea – all this is only a few minutes away!
- Furthermore Playa de Palma is very close and there is a lot going on also in Winter!
Bars & Restaurants
Llucmajor is both the largest municipality in the balearic Islands and the city of the same name. Here you can still find authentic bars and restaurants with real tapas, “Frito mallorquín” or “Arroz brut”. And if you prefer to have a ‘Schnitzel’ again, you will find it for sure at Playa de Palma.
Excursions

Beaches
The closest beach is Playa de Palma! The beach promenade is about five kilometres long and only 15 min away from Sun Club Home. Other beaches nearby are Cala Pi and the natural beach called Es Trenc.
Sports
Thanks to its central location, Llucmajor is an ideal starting point for hiking: for example to the Witches’ Mountain in the neighbourhood or along the dry-stone wall route in the Tramuntana Mountains. This part of Mallorca is also perfect for cyclists, especially as the area around Llucmajor is well worth seeing and has a well-developed network of cycle paths.
Markets in Llucmajor
The weekly market in Llucmajor takes place on Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays, between 9 am and around 2 pm in the main square of the town. There is also a second hand market where you can stroll along on the Jaume III esplanade every Friday.
